Last weekend the World Rogaining Championships (WRC) took place in the Rāzna National Park in Latvia.
I was happy to implement a special version of OEScore (OEScoreWRC) which covers the special requirements of Rogaining. The most important features are: supporting courses with 128 controls, a special way of assigning competitors to age classes by using their exact birth date, computing the special mixed classes in Rogaining, special rules for punching (every control must be punched within 1 minute by all team members), special handling of replacement controls (all controls on the map have extra code numbers), and special procedures and formats for the imports, exports and split time sheets. Everything went very well, as you can see on the link given above.
All these extra Rogaining features plus some more will be implemented in the new OEScore V12. This application will be the first app of the new SportSoftware V12 which will be published next year.
OS2010 help in Spanish finished, OE2010 help updated
Now also the Spanish 
translation of the OS2010 help file (relay software) has been finished!

Use the Check for updates function in OS2010 to download and install the new Spanish help file and the additional PDF handbook. Then reselect the Spanish language to get it working. Of course you can also download the files manually from the support page for Spain or the SportSoftware V11 download page.
Since our translators found some general improvements of the Spanish text, also the translation of OE2010 (individual competitions) has been updated. You can download it from OE2010 with Check for updates.
OE2010, OS2010, OEScore and OrisManager V.11.0 Updates
These are new updates for the registered OE2010, OS2010, OEScore and OrisManager users.
I spent some work with improving the SportIdent driver. Now the millisecond punches of the Air+ system are supported. The downloading performance of the SICard10/11/SIAC is much better now. This required also changes in how to read the backup memory. There are some small improvements in all applications, as well as some optimizations in the common basic functions library of all applications. All known bugs had been fixed.
Use the Check for updates function in OE2010/OS2010/OEScore/OrisManager to download the new setups, the additional PDF handbooks and the translated help files. Of course you could also click on the Downloads button at the right to get them. As usual, the download works as trial version as long as you don’t have a valid OE2010/OS2010/OEScore license. Updates can be ordered through the Online shop (use the button at the right) or from the author directly.
